Shipping Policies

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order and verifying your credit card information, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We try to keep the costs of shipping as low as possible. Shipping charges are: $6.00 USPS Priority Mail, or $8.00 UPS-ground (US Only). If you need your package sooner, please call the office to place your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 (to the US only).

We use recycled cardboard for shipping whenever possible, and we re-use packaging materials as well. All of our packaging is printed on recycled stock.

At the moment, we are not able to ship internationally.

Shopping and ordering

Ordering from Primitive is safe and secure. We use the services of Verisign to keep your credit card information private. We ask that you register for an account with us so that we can process your order properly.

We do not keep your credit card information on file to help protect you. Please understand that you must enter new payment information each time you make a purchase from us.

Color accuracy: Please note that monitors display colors differently based upon their settings. Please feel free to call or email us to get more information about specific colors. We are happy to help you get the right color for your lips! If you are unsure about what color to order, we encourage you to call or email us to help you get the color you desire.

Ordering by Phone: If you prefer to place your order by phone, please feel free to call our warehouse at 845-679-2264 between the hours of 10:00 -5:00 Monday – Friday, EST or leave a message and we will call you back. If you leave an order on our phone, we will call you back to confirm receipt of the order. Please be sure to leave your phone number!
